Suraj Dandekar

Suraj Dandekar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as Program Manager at Capillary Technologies since November 2021, Suraj previously held multiple leadership roles at Rupeek, including Regional Manager overseeing operations for Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh, and Senior Manager leading the pan India Quality Team. Prior to Rupeek, Suraj was City Operations Head at OYO, responsible for enhancing guest experience in Mumbai. Experience also includes a Senior Associate Consultant role at I-PAC, where Suraj managed political campaign resources, and several engineering positions at Schlumberger, focusing on logistics and operations. Suraj holds a B.Tech. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
