Cortrel Fernandez

Cortrel Fernandez has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Head of Operations at Capita since February 2012. Prior roles include Program Manager at Amazon from May 2016 to November 2019 and Vice-President of Operations at Vertex India from January 2002 to January 2012. Cortrel also held the position of AVP-Operations at Global Vantedge between October 2001 and January 2003, focusing on third-party debt collection. Educational qualifications include a DPMIR from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a BSc in Chemistry from both Rizvi College of Engineering and St John's.
