Lucy Hamilton

Lucy Hamilton is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Capita since February 2020, Lucy has previously held key positions at Pearson, including Director of Talent Acquisition for Core markets, where responsibilities included developing TA strategies and managing recruitment teams across the UK and Australia. Other roles at Pearson include Head of Executive Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and People Development Manager, and HR Advisor. Lucy's earlier career includes roles at gyro, Pathfinders Media Recruitment, Digby Morgan, and Michael Page, beginning as a Recruitment Consultant. Lucy holds a BA Hons degree in Professional Language Studies from Leeds Beckett University and studied at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
