Tom Willetts

Tom Willetts is a Digital Solutions Consultant and Product Manager at Capita since May 2023, where responsibilities include designing client-focused digital solutions and enhancing existing products through market analysis and customer feedback. Previously, Tom co-founded Project: Pigeon, a platform offering blockchain-enabled virtual experiences, and Leaarn, an EdTech SaaS platform specializing in AI-powered learning resources. Additionally, Tom served as a Research Analyst at Informa Tech, producing market reports for strategic insights, and worked as an Academic Learning Coach at Central St Michaels Sixth Form, implementing effective strategies to improve student performance. Tom holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Developmental and Child Psychology from the University of Birmingham.
