Leah Kostelac

Leah Kostelac is an experienced educator with a background in special education. Currently serving as a Transition Coach at Capital Area Intermediate Unit since July 2019, Leah has also worked in various roles within the West Shore School District, including as a Special Education Multiple Disabilities Support Teacher since August 2010 and previously as a Special Education Teacher and Special Education Life Skills Support Teacher. Leah holds a degree in Transition Specialist: Special Education from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education and Special Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
