Paula Shepherd is currently a board member at Capital Area United Way. Prior to that, they were a manager at Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin. Paula has over fifteen years of experience in project management and earned value management. Paula is responsible for overseeing the development of company projects and project management team members in addition to leading the transition from traditional waterfall project management to Agile methodology. Paula has a proven track record of ensuring all projects are planned and executed per company and customer standards.
Paula Shepherd has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Public Relations from Pacific Lutheran University. Paula also has certifications from PMI in Project Management Professional (PMP), Radiant Coaches Academy in Certified Holistic Coach, International Coaching Federation in Certified Holistic Coach, Tiny Habits Academy in Certified Tiny Habits Coach, ITIL Certified in IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) and International Coaching Federation in Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
