Brandon Tensley

National Politics Reporter at Capital B

Brandon Tensley is a notable journalist currently serving as the inaugural National Politics Reporter for Capital B, a nonprofit newsroom focusing on Black audiences, since February 2023. Previously, Brandon worked at CNN from August 2019 to February 2023 as a National Political Writer, where coverage centered on the intersections of culture, identity, and politics, including the creation of the Race Deconstructed newsletter.
