Justin Cuddy has a diverse work experience in the field of business analytics and data science. Justin worked as a VP of Business Analytics at Capital Bank, N.A., where they managed the Business Analytics team for the OpenSky credit card division. During their tenure, Justin significantly grew the credit card portfolio by 10 times in terms of card count and 50 times in terms of profit. Justin also created a customer graduation program that increased the lifetime value of a customer by 25%. Justin developed numerous credit risk, valuation, and segmentation models during this role.

Before Capital Bank, N.A., Justin worked as an AVP of Business Analytics at the same company from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they were a Business Operations Analyst - Credit Policy & Analytics at Navy Federal Credit Union from 2013 to 2015.
