Neelima Meenaga began their work experience in 2004 with various companies before joining Capital One Bank in 2010 as a Senior Data Analyst. During their tenure there, they provided strategic leadership, managed junior analysts, and developed business strategies. In 2012, they moved to Fannie Mae where they held multiple roles, including Senior Automation Lead and Business Analyst IV. In these roles, they supported strategies for increased profitability, efficiency, and reduced costs, as well as led projects involving data extraction and automation. In 2021, Neelima joined Capital Bank, N.A. as AVP, Process Management & Automation and later transitioned to the role of VP, Service Delivery in 2023.

Neelima Meenaga attended Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
