Robby Carver

Robby Carver has a diverse range of work experience in the financial industry. Robby is currently the SVP Third Party Risk and Procurement at Capital Bank, N.A. In this role, they are responsible for designing and implementing policies, controls, and workflows to ensure compliance with regulations. Robby manages third-party relationships and oversees adherence to the bank's TPRM and Procurement Policy.

Before joining Capital Bank, N.A., Robby worked at USAA for several years, where they held various positions. As the Lead Third Party Relationship Manager, they led a team responsible for overseeing vendor partnerships for the Federal Savings Bank. Robby also successfully managed the entire Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of suppliers.

Robby also served as a Change Management Advisor at USAA, managing business transition projects and ensuring effective communication and streamlined operations. In addition, they held the role of Bank Operations Manager, where they led a team and ensured seamless operations and exceptional service to members.

Earlier in their career, Robby worked as a Mortgage Loan Processor/Originations at USAA, where they played a vital role in mortgage origination and credit evaluation. Robby streamlined processes, reduced turnaround times, and ensured responsible lending practices.

Robby Carver has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Trident University International. Robby has also studied Marketing at Texas Tech University. In addition to their degree, Robby Carver has obtained certifications as a Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager Level V and a Certified Vendor Management Program Risk Assessor from Compliance Education Institute, LLC in 2022.
