Chad Iachini

Chad Iachini, MBA, has a diverse work experience. Chad began their career as a Staff Accountant at Integra LifeSciences in August 2011 and worked there until January 2013. Chad then joined Capital Blue Cross in January 2013 as a Sales Executive for Small Group and Mid Market Segments. In April 2014, Chad transitioned to the role of an Account Executive, Major Markets, and held this position until July 2017. Chad was then promoted to Senior Sales Executive for Large Group and worked in this capacity until May 2021. From May 2021 to January 2024, Chad served as the Manager of New Business Sales for Large Group at Capital Blue Cross. Currently, Chad is the Director of Sales at Capital Blue Cross, a position they have held since January 2024.

Chad Iachini, MBA obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Saint Francis University in 2010. Chad then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from the same university from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, they obtained the Accident, Health, Life, and Fixed Annuities Insurance License from the Pennsylvania Insurance Dept.
