Dean Hoppes

Dean Hoppes has extensive work experience in financial planning and management. Dean started their career as a Cost Accountant at Vacuum Furnace Systems in 2001. From there, they transitioned to Health Network Laboratories in 2004, where they served as the Director of Budgeting, Financial Planning, and Patient Accounting until 2008. Dean then joined Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network as a Budget Manager, a role they held until 2012. Following this, they worked at St. Luke's University Health Network as the Director of Budgeting and Forecasting until 2015. From 2015 to 2022, they held various positions at Health Network Laboratories, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Currently, Dean is the Vice President of Financial Planning and Treasury at Capital Blue Cross, a position they have held since August 2022.

Dean Hoppes holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from DeSales University. Dean also has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
