Richard Migash

Richard Migash has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Richard started their career as a Sales Representative at M&M/Mars in 1989. After that, they worked at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals from 1996 to 2009, where they held roles such as Professional Healthcare Representative, Senior Institutional Healthcare Representative, Assistant to the Regional Manager, and District Manager. Richard then joined Medline Industries as an Account Manager from 2009 to 2010. Currently, Richard is the Director of Account Management at Capital BlueCross, where they have been working since 2010. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to develop and manage key relationships.

Richard Migash earned a BS/MBA with a concentration in Marketing and Business Administration from Penn State University between the years 1985 and 1989. Prior to attending Penn State, they completed their high school education at Lancaster Catholic High School. In addition to their formal education, Richard has obtained various certifications in sales techniques and diversity awareness through LinkedIn, including "Overcome Any Sales Objection Using Reframing" and "Unconscious Bias" in 2022 and 2021 respectively, as well as "Virtual Selling for Sales Professionals" in 2021.
