David Atrostic

David leads CCMC’s Information Technology and People Operations (HR) teams. He spearheads the development and execution of both our technology and people strategies to ensure the effectiveness of our initiatives and our clients’ long-term satisfaction.

His professional background includes two decades of comprehensive technology leadership experience, including previous roles as Vice President of Technology and CIO for Able Aerospace, Vice President of Information Technology for Axon, and Senior Director of Enterprise Infrastructure for Ports America. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer of Execute to Win.

David holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. He is recognized as a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) and serves as a volunteer advisory Board member and speaker for HMG Strategy and the Arizona Technology Summit. In 2015, he received the ComputerWorld Premier 100 Leaders Award, and in 2022, he received the Arizona CIO of the Year Corporate Orbie.
