Capital District YMCA
Jennifer Rittner has a diverse work experience. From 2002 to the present, they worked at the Capital District YMCA - Albany Branch, starting as a Senior Program Director and later becoming the Director of Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for managing the branch budget, program and membership operations, and facility management. Jennifer played a key role in generating positive revenue growth and creating a learning environment. In 2011, they also founded their own business called 3 Chicks and a P, where they serve as the Owner/Hummus Chick. The business specializes in homemade hummus and other dips and spreads made with high-quality ingredients and no preservatives.
Jennifer Rittner completed their education at The Sage Colleges-Sage College of Albany from 1995 to 1997. During this time, they pursued a degree in Graphic Design and successfully graduated in 1997. Prior to that, Jennifer attended Cazenovia College from 1989 to 1991, although it is not specified whether they attained a degree or pursued a specific field of study at this institution.
