Polina Kozel

Polina Kozel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Polina is currently the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications at CEG Invest, a role they have held since November 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Marketing Director at CEG Invest from December 2022 to November 2023, and as the Marketing and Project Manager from June 2021 to December 2022.

In 2023, Polina also worked as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Foundation Combat Climate Change, starting in March.

Before joining CEG Invest and Foundation Combat Climate Change, Polina worked at IBX Logistics as a Marketing and Project Manager from September 2020 to June 2021, and at United Insurance Brokers Limited as a Business Development professional from January 2020 to August 2020.

Polina'scareer began at Cold Company LLC in 2013, where they initially worked in Business Development from June 2013 to July 2015, and later as an Engineer from August 2015 to April 2018.

During their career, Polina has also gained sales experience as a Sales Executive at Chalhoub Group from December 2018 to January 2020.

Polina Kozel obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information and Measurement Technology from Belarusian National Technical University between 2010 and 2015.
