Brian Reynolds

Brian Reynolds is a Managing Director at Capital Funding Group (CFG), focused on the post-acute and long term care sector, having served as a director across several joint ventures with AHP. Reynolds and the team within Capital Senior Ventures (CSV) have partnered with AHP to provide growth and acquisition capital solutions to regional operating platforms in the post-acute and long-term care sector. Reynolds joined CFG in 2001 and oversaw CFG’s healthcare lending platform until 2011 where he was involved in the financing of more than $2 billion of FHA insured mortgages. He currently oversees CSV platform investments, with a focus on M&A and financing.

Reynolds has served on the board of Regency Integrated Health Services with AHP, and prior to that served as Chairman of the Board for Senior Living Centers from August 2011 through December 2013. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
