Cathy Cunningham

Cathy Cunningham is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Capital Group since July 2023, Cathy previously held the position of Chief People Officer at MediaAlpha from August 2021 to May 2023 and served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Crescent Capital Group LP from October 2015 to August 2021. Earlier in their career, Cathy was Vice President of Human Resources at Cetera Financial Group for a brief period in 2015 and held multiple roles over nearly two decades at Capital Group, culminating as Assistant Vice President/Human Resources Business Partner. Cathy Cunningham holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Boston College, obtained in May 1996.
