Derek Brown

Derek Brown is currently serving as the Healthcare Technology Manager at Capital i since May 2022. In addition to this role, Derek has been an Instructor of Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, and Lasers & Optics at the State Technical College of Missouri since August 2016. Previously, Derek worked as a Maintenance Mechanic at Premium Waters Inc. from June 2013 to July 2016 and as a Field Service Laser Technician at Bystronic Inc. from May 2012 to June 2013. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Central Methodist University, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Missouri Valley College, and an Associate of Science in Lasers and Optics from Indian Hills Community College.
