Agnes Tietz

Agnes Tietz has extensive experience in digital product management and strategy, currently serving as Director of Digital Product Management at Capital One since May 2014, after a tenure as Senior Manager of Digital Strategy. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Discover Financial Services, where Agnes defined strategic vision for Mobile and Digital Rewards and managed the Discover Lending Partner program. An earlier role involved finance and logistics at Neat-Oh! International, LLC, and Agnes founded and grew a profitable fitness business, Body and Soul Studio, Inc. Agnes holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from DePaul University and has further education from the IIT Institute of Design.
