Aleks Safarova

Aleks Safarova is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product design. Currently serving as VP of Product Design at KAYAK since September 2019, Aleks has held progressive roles within the same company, including Senior Director and Director of Product Design. Prior experience includes a tenure as Staff Product Designer at Drift and various positions at KAYAK, where diverse roles spanned from Senior Product Designer to Product Design Manager, focusing on Meta Search. Aleks began a career in graphic design, with roles at Macy's Fashion Office, Interior Design Magazine, and several graphic design internships. Educationally, Aleks is pursuing an Executive MBA at MIT Sloan School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
