Chrystie Kallis

Chrystie Kallis, MBA, CDMP, currently serves as Business Director for Climate Strategy, Analysis and Advisory at Capital One, where experience includes roles such as Director of Enterprise Data Governance and Procurement Category Lead. With a focus on strategic leadership, Kallis has been instrumental in overseeing various dimensions of procurement and data governance. Additionally, Kallis is the Chapter Lead for Punk Rock Saves Lives in Richmond, fostering community engagement around health, wellness, and human rights within the punk rock scene. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development at Endure Climbing and Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing at Bloomin' Brands, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed procurement strategy and vendor management. Kallis holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, an Executive Education Program in Organizational Leadership from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from James Madison University.
