Farshid Jahed

Farshid Jahed has extensive experience at Capital One since July 2014, serving in various roles including Sr. Manager of International Talent Expansion and Manager of Bank Product Strategy, where strategic projects were led to modernize consumer applications and introduce a goal-setting methodology. Prior roles included Manager of Corporate Strategy, supporting the annual technology strategy for senior executives, and Sr. Analyst in Digital Transformation, advising on modernization efforts and creating learning frameworks. Farshid began the career as an Analyst in the Finance Rotation Program, focusing on regulatory analysis. Educational qualifications include dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Information Systems, and Human Resources Management from Virginia Tech. Additional experience includes work as a Senior Residential Advisor at Virginia Tech and an internship in Knowledge Management at Evans Incorporated.
