Harish Chavan has over 20 years of experience in banking operations, strategy, and analytics, primarily with Capital One since June 2003. Currently serving as the Head of Bank Operations Strategy and Voice of Customer Analytics, Harish is responsible for managing the Retail Bank customer experience and overseeing data management and operational reporting. Previous roles at Capital One include Director positions in Bank Operations and ATM/Debit Strategy, where responsibilities encompassed loss mitigation, cash logistics, and digital strategy development. Harish's early career includes a role as a Software Engineer at Mahindra British Telecom. Harish holds an MBA from Duke University, a Master’s in Operations Research from Virginia Tech, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute.
