Jaidev Shergill

Jaidev Shergill is an accomplished executive in the financial technology sector, currently serving as President of Capital One Ventures since January 2013. Jaidev founded Capital One Ventures, focusing on investments, acquisition identification, and startup incubation to accelerate the company's strategic objectives, with notable partnerships including Snowflake and Hopper. Prior to this role, Jaidev led digital product design and delivery as Head of Digital for Capital One Financial Services. Jaidev's experience encompasses leadership positions at Bundle as CEO & Founder, Citigroup as President of Citi Ventures and EVP of Digital Innovation & Partnerships, Deloitte as a Financial Services Management Consultant, and Credit Suisse First Boston in investment banking.
