Kasey Trott Moore

Kasey Trott Moore currently serves as Senior Director of Technology at Capital One, overseeing technical program management for new product acquisitions and establishing a program operating model in collaboration with enterprise partners. Prior to this role, Kasey held multiple leadership positions at USAA from January 2001 to February 2022, including Senior Director of Software Engineering, where responsibilities included leading technology initiatives for CFO Planning and Forecasting and managing software engineering teams. Key accomplishments include delivering a 2.5% Cashback Credit Card, leading the Fidelity Core Upgrade project, and successfully converting over 6 million debit cards without negative impact. Kasey holds an MBA in Management of Information Technology and Project Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a BS in Computer Science and Education from Texas State University.
