Pamela Ventura

Pamela Ventura is an accomplished human resources and benefits professional with extensive experience in designing and managing employee benefits programs. Currently serving as Vice President at Capital One since June 2018, Pamela leads initiatives focused on health, wealth, and wellbeing benefits aimed at enhancing associate experience. Prior to this role, Pamela held various positions at Anthem, Inc., including Staff Vice President of Associate Benefits and Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed compliance, wellness strategy development, and competitive benefits design. Pamela's legal background includes experience as Executive Counsel, advising on employment law, and as an Associate at McGuireWoods, where representation in litigation and training on labor laws were key functions. Pamela holds a Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude, from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum Laude, in International Studies and French from the University of Richmond.
