Parvez Naqvi

Parvez Naqvi is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in reliability engineering, enterprise architecture, and identity access management. Currently serving as Managing Vice President at Capital One since 2017, Naqvi oversees the stability, scalability, and security of the company’s technology infrastructure, while having previously managed customer authentication services and a significant operating budget. Prior to Capital One, Naqvi held several leadership positions at Thomson Reuters, focusing on search technology, identity access management, and systems integration, and leading initiatives that improved operational efficiency and reduced costs. Naqvi's academic background includes an MBA from The Wharton School and a B Tech in Computer Engineering from Pune Institute of Computer Technology.
