Shannon Leahy

Shannon Leahy is a seasoned professional in experience and content design, currently serving as Senior Manager, Experience Design / Senior Content Design Lead at Capital One since April 2024, and previously held the position of Senior Content Design Manager at Adobe from September 2022 to April 2024. At Adobe, Shannon led design efforts across multiple cloud platforms, managed a team of 13, and mentored staff, while at Capital One, Shannon demonstrated a proven track record of enhancing content design practices, expanding team capabilities, and leading community initiatives. Shannon’s earlier roles include significant contributions at Unboxed Technology, where website redesign efforts resulted in considerable engagement metrics, as well as various positions in content strategy and design across multiple organizations, showcasing a robust commitment to mentoring and cross-team collaboration.
