Shena Ashley

Shena Ashley, PhD, is an accomplished leader in community impact and investment, currently serving as Vice President at Capital One since April 2022, where also holds the roles of President of the Insights Center and President of the Capital One Foundation. Prior to this, Shena Ashley was Vice President at the Urban Institute from January 2016 to April 2022. Shena Ashley earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy from Georgia State University and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan, alongside two Bachelor of Science degrees from Tennessee State University.
