Joseph Hellenbrand

Joseph Hellenbrand, PE, PSP, boasts over 30 years of extensive experience in construction and project management, specializing in planning, scheduling, engineering, and claims analysis across both private and public sectors. Currently serving as Manager and Senior Consultant at Capital Project Management, Inc.® since August 2005, Joseph demonstrates expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, damages assessment, project controls, and construction from inception to completion. Prior experience includes a role as a project engineer at loftus for a United States Navy test facility and engineering work at Urban Engineers, Inc., focusing on highway construction projects in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Catholic University of America.
