Mark Boe

Mark Boe, PE, PSP is the Vice President at Capital Project Management, Inc. Mark is a founding shareholder with expertise in contract delay and disruption claims analysis in the construction, shipbuilding, and defense contract industries. Prior to their current role, Mark worked as a Project Manager at MDC Systems, Day & Zimmermann, focusing on CPM scheduling and claims analysis. Mark also served in the U.S. Coast Guard as an Officer, primarily as a Civil Engineer on the West Coast. Mark holds an MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BS in Civil Engineering from the US Coast Guard Academy.
