Joe Feldman

Joe Feldman is an experienced professional in asset management and project management, currently serving as a Regional Asset Manager at Capital Realty Group, Inc since December 2022. Previously, Joe held the position of Project Manager at Elle Construction from August 2020 to December 2022 and served as Senior Project Manager at Nelson Precast Products, LLC from June 2018 to July 2020. Joe also gained valuable experience as a Manager at Seasons of Maryland and a Sales Manager at Maven Motors, alongside a role as a Legal Clerk at Snider & Associates, LLC. Joe is currently pursuing education at The Community College of Baltimore County, with studies beginning in 2012.
