Courtney Stark began her career in the multifamily industry in 2008 as a leasing professional with Heritage Properties. Since then she has gained extensive onsite experience as a property manager and has worked her way up to regional manager. Courtney believes providing superior customer service, strong company values, and creating a sense of community help develop an excellent resident experience. She has been involved with three community renovations and was successful in keeping and maintaining a higher occupancy with rental increases.
Courtney graduated from Mississippi College with a bachelor in Marketing. She also currently holds her Certified Property Manager certification and is an active member of IREM and the Mississippi Apartment Association. She is the Chair for the Mississippi Apartment Association Educational Committee and believes that education is a key factor in the success of her team. She was also recognized as the Regional Property Manager of the Year by the Mississippi Apartment Association in 2017.
