Ben Caggia

Ben Caggia is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in building and scaling talent functions across various organizations. Currently, Ben serves as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Capital Rx and holds advisory roles at Syelo and membership at Knoetic | CPOHQ. Previously, Ben was the Director of Talent at interface.ai and the Head of Talent and People Ops Lead at Buf, where efforts focused on establishing the employer brand and implementing effective talent strategies. Ben also contributed significantly to Unqork, leading global talent acquisition and helping the company scale rapidly.
