Janet Easterling

Janet Easterling serves as investor relations closing agent for Capital Square. In this role, she works with investors, broker-dealers, financial advisors, qualified intermediaries, staff members and legal counsel to help document the closing of DST investments as replacement property under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code. Previously, she worked for a local financial institution and has several years of experience as a mortgage loan operations specialist where she processed loan modifications. While working at Newport News Shipbuilding as a production controller, Janet furthered her education at Hampton University where she received her bachelor of science degree in Business Management, graduating Magna Cum Laude and as a member of the National Dean’s List, as well as a member of the Alpha Mu Gamma Honor Society.
