Ehud (Udi) David Laska

Ehud (Udi) David Laska has a long and varied work experience. Ehud (Udi) David began their career in 1989 as an Investment Banker at Paine Webber, where they utilized the PVFCfL structure to fund the development of lumber producing forests. In 1997, they became Chairman and CEO of American Benefit Resources, Inc., providing retirement plan services to businesses, their owners, and employees in the United States. In 2006, they assumed the role of President and CEO at Pelion Financial Group, Inc., an SEC registered Broker/Dealer and a member of FINRA, MSRB, and SIPC. In 2012, they became President, CEO, COO, CFO, Consulting, M&A, Turn-Arounds, Restructuring, and Start-Ups at Pal International, Inc. In 2015, they became CEO of Photonic Capital, Inc., providing LED lighting solutions through Light as a Service (LaaS) program. In 2017, they became Director of the Board of Directors at TerraCycle and Partner & Investment Banking Head at Capital2Market. In 2020, they assumed the role of Director of the Board of Directors at Prestige PEO and Operating Partner at TriSpan.

Ehud (Udi) David Laska holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University, a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Brown University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Ehud (Udi) David also holds a Securities Registration certification from FINRA.
