Ngai Soon Yong

Ngai Soon Yong has extensive work experience in finance and financial management within the real estate industry. Ngai Soon started their career in 2009 as Vice President of Finance at Surbana Land Pte Ltd. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of large-scale township development projects in China. In 2013, they joined CapitaLand Township Pte Limited as Vice President, where they provided financial leadership for township developments, integrated malls, and hotels in Southwest China. Ngai Soon also developed financial and tax strategies for the region. In 2017, Ngai Soon Yong joined CFLD International as a Financial Controller. Ngai Soon later moved to Real Estate, where they worked as a Finance professional in 2019. Ngai Soon Yong's most recent role is the Group Financial Controller at Keppel Land since 2019.

Ngai Soon Yong obtained a Bachelor of Accountancy degree in Accounting and Finance from Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 1994 to 1997. They also obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) in 2000.
