Joey Loraine Ng

Joey Loraine Ng is an experienced sustainability professional with a robust career in the real estate and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President for Sustainability at CapitaLand since May 2015, Joey has been instrumental in integrating sustainability practices across developments and properties following CapitaLand's acquisition of Ascendas-Singbridge. Previously, Joey held multiple roles at CapitaMalls Asia, where responsibilities included leading environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, and managing the sustainability strategies of the largest mall developer and operator in Asia. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Head of Sustainable Design Technologies at Surbana International Consultants and as Project Engineer at DSTA, with a foundation in building environment engineering from the University of Nottingham. Joey also holds a diploma in Intelligent Building Technology from Temasek Polytechnic and is a certified LEED professional. Further education includes a recent program focused on sustainability strategies from Singapore Management University.
