Erin Nykyforuk-Ahmad

Erin Nykyforuk-Ahmad has extensive work experience in the field of tax. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as a Senior Associate at PwC, specializing in U.S corporate tax. In 2006, they joined Capital Power as a Senior Manager, Taxation. In this role, they were responsible for leading and managing compliance and research related to various aspects of U.S federal and state corporate tax, partnerships, state and local, and cross-border tax. They also worked on complex tax provisions, tax compliance, and cost segregation for renewable energy projects. Additionally, they were involved in corporate acquisitions, divestures, and reorganizations, performing due diligence and providing tax inputs to models.

Erin Nykyforuk-Ahmad has completed a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences from the University of Calgary. Prior to that, they also pursued the CGA designation from CGA-Alberta. It is unclear when they started or finished these educational programs as the start and end years were not provided.
