Tiffany Finley

Tiffany Finley is an accomplished sustainability professional with extensive experience in sustainability reporting, impact measurement, and stakeholder engagement. At Target, Tiffany serves as Director of Sustainability Reporting Impact and Insights, focusing on innovative methods to measure sustainability impact across the value chain. Previous roles at Target include Director of Sustainability Impact and Insights, Principal of Sustainability Impact Profit and Loss, and Senior Manager of Materiality and Stakeholder Engagement. Tiffany has also contributed as an Advisory Panel Member for the Capitals Coalition, and previously served on the SASB, where expertise in standards-setting was demonstrated. Additional experience includes advisory roles for various organizations, management of sustainability at the Metropolitan Airports Commission, and contributions to sustainability communications across multiple media platforms. Tiffany holds a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership Towards Sustainability and multiple degrees in Environmental Management and Sciences.
