Aaron Capps

Aaron Capps has extensive experience in the aggregate and materials industry, currently serving as a Manager at Capitol Aggregates, Inc. since July 2017, focusing on asphalt and concrete aggregate. Previously, Capps held multiple leadership roles at Permian Basin Materials, including Director of Operations and Operations Manager, overseeing aggregate mining from October 2014 to June 2016. Capps also worked at Capitol Aggregates from August 2008 to October 2014 as a Plant Manager and at Martin Marietta Materials as a Plant Supervisor from March 2006 to July 2008. Additionally, Capps has a foundational background as a Production Foreman at Hanson from January 1994 to March 2006.
