Ahmad Adib has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ahmad started their career at DynCorp International as a Logistics Assistant in 2012. Following this, they worked as a Data Entry Specialist at the Ministry of Information and Culture in 2012-2013. Ahmad then joined ACCL International as an Office Administrator in 2014-2015. In 2015-2016, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at DynCorp International. Ahmad Adib's next role was at the US Embassy Kabul as a Facility Management Administrator in 2016-2017. In 2018, they joined NextDay Cabinets as a Warehouse Receiving Assistant and later moved to Capitol Concierge Inc., where they held various positions including Concierge Manager (2018-2021), Account Manager (2021-2022), and currently, Operations Manager (since May 2022).

Ahmad Adib obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Peshgam University. Ahmad attended the university from 2012 to 2016.
