Kaitlin Booe has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kaitlin started their career at Level21 Magazine as a Freelance Writer in November 2016. Simultaneously, they joined Barnes & Noble, Inc. as a Bookseller. In October 2018, they were promoted to the role of Sales & Inventory Manager at Barnes & Noble, Inc. and held this position until December 2020.

In November 2017, Kaitlin worked as an Editorial Assistant at SportsBusiness Journal / Daily. After that, they joined Capitol Lighting in January 2021 as a Customer Experience Representative. Kaitlin quickly advanced to the role of Customer Resolutions Manager in February 2022, where they currently work.

Throughout their career, Kaitlin has demonstrated their strong communication and problem-solving skills in customer service roles and their writing proficiency as a freelance writer.

Kaitlin Booe attended Providence High School from 2007 to 2011. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Appalachian State University from 2011 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in English. Finally, Kaitlin attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2014 to 2016 and completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English.
