Kalia Simms

Kalia Simms is a Video Commissioner at Capitol Records since July 2023, responsible for transforming creative concepts into official music videos for both emerging and established artists. Kalia is also a Co-Founder of Intertwined Productions LLC, contributing to innovative content and projects. Previously, Kalia held multiple roles at Great Place to Work US, including Strategic Advisor for Global Strategic Accounts & Innovation, Content Producer for Programs & Events, and Content Contributor focused on Digital Strategy & Growth Marketing. Kalia's earlier experience includes internships in content marketing at HubSpot and 2U, as well as a role as a Production Assistant for the Young People's Chorus of New York City's annual gala. Kalia holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Spelman College and graduated from Frank Sinatra School of The Arts High School with a diploma in Dance.
