OZKAN YILDIRIM

Ozkan Yildirim has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. OZKAN is the founder of Blitzer Finance, Inc. which they established in 2021. In 2022, they co-founded Capoom and also became a member of the Board of Advisors at ADASTEC Corp.

Prior to these ventures, Ozkan held the position of Chief Executive Officer at The Street Finance, starting in November 2021. In this role, they helped clients solve complex challenges and ensured the firm met their evolving needs.

Before their entrepreneurial endeavors, Ozkan worked at Deloitte for several years, starting as a Senior Manager in 2007 and progressing to become a Partner, Consumer and Industrial Products Industry Leader, and Automotive Sector Leader. OZKAN held these positions until November 2021. OZKAN also served as a Director at Deloitte from 2010 to 2011.

Ozkan's earlier professional experience includes roles at PepsiCo, where they worked as a Sales Operation Manager from 2006 to 2007 and as a Business Development and Compliance Manager from 2005 to 2006.

OZKAN began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1997 and held various positions within the company. OZKAN started as an Associate and progressed to become a Senior and then a Manager. OZKAN worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Istanbul from 1997 to 2001, New York from 2001 to 2003, and again in Istanbul from 2003 to 2005. During this time, they gained extensive experience in auditing financial statements, including those prepared in accordance with US GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs). OZKAN also gained experience in consolidation, acquisitions, and domestic and international markets.

OZKAN YILDIRIM completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics, in English, at Istanbul University from 1992 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Ataköy High School, but the specific dates and degree obtained are unknown. Additionally, OZKAN YILDIRIM has obtained several certifications including the IAC, Public Oversight Accounting, Auditing Standards Authority Certificate of Independent Auditor in August 2012, the CRMA, Certification in Risk Management Assurance in June 2011, and the Certified Public Accountant certification from the State of New Hampshire / US. OZKAN also holds the SMMM certification from TÜRMOB and the Sermaye Piyasası Bağımsız Denetim Lisansı from the Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
