Vivek Jain

Vivek Jain currently serves as the CHRO (Director - HR) at Capri Global Capital Ltd., where responsibilities include leading the HR function for a midsize Non-Banking Financial Company with a significant market capitalization and a workforce of 10,000. Prior to this role, Vivek held senior positions at Kotak Mahindra Bank as Sr. Executive Vice President & Head of HR, and at Genpact as AVP & HR Business Partner, where notable achievements included receiving a CEO Diamond employee award for exceptional attrition rates. Vivek's earlier experience includes leadership in HR at Lupin Pharmaceuticals and Eli Lilly and Company, as well as a commendable start at the National Defence Academy. Currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resources Development at the International Management Institute, Vivek also holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree.
