Jimena Lautenslager Phr

Jimena Lautenslager, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in the human resources field. Jimena currently holds the role of Director of People Support at Hersha Hospitality Management, starting in June 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Evolution Hospitality from May 2019 to May 2020. Before that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Pyramid Global Hospitality from July 2017 to May 2019. Jimena also worked as the Human Resources Manager at Family Physicians Group from March 2015 to July 2017. Earlier in their career, they held multiple roles at Pyramid Hotel Group, including Assistant Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Benefits Coordinator, starting in August 2006 and ending in March 2015. Jimena has a strong background and expertise in various aspects of human resources management.

Jimena Lautenslager, PHR, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Management- Human Resources Path from the University of Central Florida from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned an Associates Degree in Human Resources from Valencia College from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Tourism from Cenfotur from 2000 to 2002.

In terms of certifications, Jimena obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. Jimena also obtained an HR as a Business Partner certificate from LinkedIn in May 2020.
