Jolan Thiry

Jolan Thiry has extensive work experience in the pastry industry. In 2010, they started their career as a Pastry Chef de partie at Cafe Luc. Jolan then worked as a Pastry Chef de Partie at Corrigan's Mayfair in 2012. Jolan later joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Pastry Sous Chef in 2012 and remained in that role until 2017. During this time, they also briefly worked as a Pastry Chef at CHANGE HOSPITALITY LIMITED in 2017. In 2017, Jolan became a Pastry Sous Chef at City Social for a short period before moving on to become the Head Pastry Chef at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts from 2017 to 2019. Finally, they joined Caprice Holdings Ltd. in December 2019 as the Head Pastry Chef.

Jolan Thiry attended Université Des Métier from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Certificat d'aptitude professionnel Patissier. Their field of study was in pastry.
