Kim Radalj

Kim joined Capricorn in November 2021 in the newly created role of General Manager Innovation & Corporate Development. In this role, Kim will take the lead on exploring growth and expansion opportunities for Capricorn, working to build and grow innovation capabilities and an innovation strategy that will prepare the business for the future.

Prior to Capricorn, Kim worked at the P&N Group, a multi-brand mutual bank, as General Manager, Strategy & Corporate Development. Kim worked with the Group Board and executive team to develop a range of strategies including payments, open banking and Fintech partnerships, brand strategy, distribution, transformation and mergers, and acquisitions.

Before joining the P&N Group, Kim was a Director in PwC’s Strategy Practice and held several roles at the Commonwealth Bank in Sydney spanning global markets, private banking, and group strategy.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Economics (first-class honors) from the University of Western Australia. Kim is a CFA Charter holder and has completed the Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University.
